The Intek Connectionless Steamer is ENERGY STAR® rated and LEED compliant. It uses less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour, helping commercial foodservice operations lower monthly water and sewer costs. With no boiler or conventional generator, it requires no de-liming, traditional maintenance, or harsh chemicals, saving even more time and money while promoting kitchen safety. A simple vinegar-water wipe-down is all that's required for daily cleaning.
